Sending mail with Shell & MailTo (need attach)

The ability to automatically include attachments with the mailto URL technique is dependant on the application that actually resolves the mailto URL - typically your default email program - supporting an appropriate header (eg Attach or Attachment). Neither Outlook nor Outlook Express do so.
there's probably a better way to do this, anyone know off hand how windows handles the Send To commands, you can right click on files and send to mail recipient, unless it's internal to windows you should be able to execute the same functions in code.
