SENDING MAIL W/ATTACHMENT--help me please!

Can anyone please look at the code below...(see asteriks) this code will run as far as, sending the email out...but it will not attach the file (rptTIME.snp). and yes, I have tried using the full path. This code is ran from Acc2000. the mailservice is LotusNotes. Just for clarification I have tinkered with it so long,(at the asteriks) I am not sure if the syntax is correct anymore.
