Using Microsoft Exchange 2003 but I also have my SBCGlobal account on my laptop. The Exchange is work, the SBC is personal. I want to be able to send emails FROM my SBC account. So, I create a new email, select drop down arrow next to options and click on FROM. I enter in my SBC email addy on that line and get the following error when sending:
You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user.
I changed the default email account to the SBC account and then went to Tools -> Options and clicked on the Delegates Tab. Then I chose myself from the global list. Well, it won’t allow me to choose myself.
Any other way I can allow myself to send emails from myself?!?!?! Seriously, how can I send emails from the other account without having to hit Tools -> Email Accounts -> View or Change Existing Accounts and then setting the SBC as the default and then switching back as needed? That seems tedious...There’s gotta be a way...
