Sending forms with infopath?

I need to send the form to an email recipient passed on a field, i need something like:

<fieldname>@mydomain.com

This would be the email submit, how would this work as it always comes up with errors

What type of errors are you getting? I had an issue like this, but if you have the <fieldname> as being able to be resolved like it does in outlook then it should work.

I have noticed that I once put in field value of <My Friend>, but because in Outlook I had resolved it as <MyFriend> it didnt work. This is one thing I have had to be careful about.
