Sending emails to lots of subscribers

My customer needs to be able to send emails regularly to his clients.

Can anyone suggest the best way to do this?

I thought of setting up a loop and sending each email individually might work but I also heard somehwere that putting every recipient email address in the BCC field could also work.

I'd love to hear from anyone who has done this before.

The BCC field simply adds blind recipients to the email (e.g. so if you get the same email as me, I won't see your email address in the "To" field).

If the customer's will all be getting the same email then that's the best method.
