Sending Email with Lotus 123 Release 5

I have been using Lotus 123 Rel. 4.01 & 5 for years now but the only problem I have is sending a speadsheet via email. When I click on the icon to send by electronic mail I get a Mail System Error. I am using Outlook Express as my default mail program. The book I have shows how to modify the WIN.INI file for Lotus Notes, cc; Mail for windows, VIM mail Applications and Microsoft Mail. Does anyone know how to set it up for Outlook Express 6.0. I am using Win XP Home, Pentium 4 1.5GHZ, 512 MB Ram 80 GB Hd.

Appreciate any help.
