CAN ANYONE TELL ME A WAY OF SENDING AN EMAIL MESSAGE USING FORMS 6. WE HAVE EXCHANGE SERVER WITH OUTLOOK ON EVERY COMPUTER

Don't know the whole process, but it will probably
start with a host command, which will let you run
win/dos programs from within the form. Jim

Look for the UTL_SMTP package. It has this functionality.

Perhaps not what you want but if you are on 8.1.6 then you can use utl_smtp to send emails... check out the FAQ area of this forum
