I want to send an e-mail everyday to an e-mail address. Also the e-mail will have a file_name as attachment.

Help ?

There is a utility called BLAT. It is free. Do a search on the Internet, it is easy to find.

If you;re running SQL Server, there's a stored procedure (xp_sendmail, maybe?) to do that.
