Sending DTMF from Avaya 9508 XSTIM extension

I am installing a UCX250 in a school and had to configure the DTMF signaling for the IP phones to 'SIP INFO (application/dtmf)' in order to send DTMF to the paging gateway. The room phones are going to be Avaya 9506 XSTIM sets and I cannot find where to set the DTMF option. Those phones are connected to a gateway with DSM16P cards and I am unable to locate any DTMF settings in the gateway cards.

Currently only the IP phones send DTMF to the paging gateway.

Any help is appreciated.
