Sending calls coverage point to coverage point after 3 rings

I have a D.I.D. extension on a hunt group. The hunt group is setup on a coverage path that goes to two coverage points. I want it to go to the second coverage point after 3 rings. It goes after 5 rings and I can't seem to fix that. Can I change it to 3 rings?

Sure Can On the line that says Don't Answer Inside & Outside make Y and set the number of rings. What it's asking is if nobody answered do you want it to go to cover Y/N

you can change it but it is a global setting.

You will find it in the change system features or if v7 and above in the change system coverage options.

It is:
Local Cvg Subsequent Redirection/CFWD No Ans Interval (rings): 5

Changing this parameter changes the coverage between points of all coverage paths from 5 to whatever you set it to.

Be careful. List all cover paths and see which ones it will affect.

If you have no coverage paths with more than one point of coverage, then it should be ok to change it.
