Sending Calling number

We use a Call Centre login for our helpdesk. I wnat to stop the caller id from this agent from being sent out internally when they make a call. This will stop people calling the agent direct rather than calling the main helpdesk number. Does anyone know how to do this?

Take a look at the command "change isdn pub".

I'll check it out. This will work for internal calls from this agent login as well?
 
You can simply prevent them from doing that by assigning them a diffrent COR, and restricting that.
If you can't, and use vectoring you can have group name show rather then the member name by overriding it.
