When using the Call Me feature on the S3400 Modular Messaging system, no ANI is being sent out. This is a problem, because the mailbox owner being called on their cell phone is receiving a call that shows it as an unknown caller. We would like to send the pilot number of the voicemail system, for example 123-555-1111. Our S3400 has QSIG integration to an Avaya S8700, with a hunt group pilot pointing to an AAR routing code, so there are no extensions pointing to the S3400. I have looked into doing ISDN unknown-public-numbering, but it looks like you have to have an extension that you are changing. Is there anyway on the S8700 to attach an ANI to a trunk group? Thanks!!

I have not found where in Modular Messaging that I can mask this number and make it work. There is spot in the setup of the QSIG integration that you can place origin number, but I haven't been able to get that to pass through.
