sending and receiving mails

The problem faced by me currently is
i am not able to send and recieve emails.
The same time i am able to browse through internet explorer
and netscape messenger is working fine
i have outlook express 6.0 version installed
i tried all settings please help.

More information needed! What error messages are you getting? What are your OE settings etc ....?
