sending an email that when people open its a web/html pg

I'm trying to send a promotional email to people that is a bunch of split images i.e. a mini web page, but I don't want it to appear as an attachment, I would like it to open straight up as soon as the user opens their email, I have tried 'send page' from the web page, but it sends it as an attachment, what do I need to do to send an eamil like this, I hope I have explained myself, I don't want to send a jpg file as I'd like to include a link to my website.

I think the users' email has to be able to accept HTML emails... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...

You can do this using Outlook Express -

Create your page and save it as an HTML file.
Open Outlook Express, and create a new email.
Click into the Body of the Email
Then click on Insert -- File as text
Select your HTML file and Click OK
(This will create the email for you using the html)

You can also do this using any web-based email (yahoo, hotmail, etc...) by creating a message and just copy - paste the HTML code into the message.

How do you do this? I looked for an Insert file as text in Outlook express and I couldn't find it. Same at Hotmail. I'm on a mac, would that make a difference. Please elaborate, I'm wondering how to do this as well.

Yeh I'm beginning to wonder to, it seems that PC's can do this oh so well, I', on a mac to and I haven't found anyone to help yet. Plus I'm using Netscape, outlook express for PC has got a function where u can ad a web page!!!! Who knows when it comes to Mac's
