Sendig And Receiving message size problem

Hi there!
I have interesting problem to solve.I have no restrictions for sendinng and receiving message size but when somebody is trying to send message > 3 MB he got the message from the postmaster that the message cannot be delivered because of message size restriction.
My Defaults "Message Devlivery Properties" are:
*Sending message size-"No limit"
*Receiving message size-"No limit"

Ok, but are you sure the GLOBAL setting is not set to 3MB?
And I assume it is YOUR postmaster reporting that, not the destinee's?

If there are mailbox size limits, the user may be close to the limit. These can be set either globally, or on the Mailbox Store, or for individual users (in ADU@C, "Exchange Advanced" I think)
