sender name and email content not visible

Hello Guys,
Can anybody help me out strange problem of netscape email,outlook express and microsoft outlook?
I am using Netscape,outlook express and microsoft outlook in client end.Sometimes when netscape user send a email to microsoft outlook and outlook express users.microsoft outlook users get a junk email of netscape user(sender email ID not display and email content not visiable on email).
Can anybody tell me is it problem of sender of receiver and where I have to change the configuration?
