I found the Anykey but I can't seem to find WinXP's "Send To" folder.

I don't think there is a "Send To" folder anymore. This function is in the registry now as far as I can tell.

I see an opportuity for some clever programmer to write a utility that allows the user to add to or remove shortcuts on the WinXP "Send To" menu.

actually there is a send to folder...path is c:\documents and settings\"user"\SendTo..... that is it...I am looking at it right now!
