Send/Receive Registry Keys

Where does outlook store the send/receive registry keys on a non Exchange setup? I've found every other key I'm looking for, but I can't seem to find this one.

I need to set an automatic send/receive every 15 minutes.

I even tried the Windows NT\Messaging subsytem branch.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using Regmon:

I tried that program a long time ago. I tried it again today. I even took some time to include exclude rules and when I change those two settings nothing happens. If I'm understanding the running processes right the send/receive interface is not actually part of Outlook.
