Wondering if there is a way to manipulate the system to send out the number the caller dialed out on a twinned or forwarded call? This client has 300 hunt groups and wants to know which hunt group is being called. They are currently twinning calls on their cell phones. They are on R11 and vmpro. They do not have one-x.

You mean you want to change the CLID send to the receiver based on the huntgroup that is called?

So for huntgroup 1 the CLID is +4412345678, for huntgroup 2 the CLID is+4498765432 etc?

Basically, yes. They want to be able to identify which hunt group is being called on their cell phone so they can answer it accordingly. I think I have them convinced on ordering One-x mobile though so that will eliminate the problem.

You can route the call through VM Pro and change the CLI before transferring the call to the hunt group.

I'm going to call that plan B since they have 300 hunt groups. I'd rather not program a module for each group, but if that is what it comes down to I can do it for them. We are going to set-up One-x mobile for them which will take care of it. Thanks for the response though!

Well, since you wanna show the DDI you only need one module.

I assume you also have 300 ICR routing to the huntgroup?

In that case, enter the cli in the tag field of the ICR, route to VM pro . transfer the call and set display to $TAG
