send mail using microsoft outlook

I have a problem in my excel or microsoft work when I file to go to file and send to mail recipient. Outlook express was use by office excel and word. But I have microsoft outlook, how can I make my document to defaul to microsoft outlook instead of outlook express?

See if this helps. Open Internet Explorer, then Tools, Internet Options, Programs tab, set E-mail to Outlook.
