I have a form that I created in Excel. I added a button to "Submit" the form. I would like this button to send the file as a PDF to a certain e-mail address. I tried to record a macro to do this, but it doesn't actually send the e-mail, only opens the e-mail with the attachment. This will be used by people on different boats all over the waterways. Therefore, it has to be able to work for each location. Also, these people are great on the boat, but not so great on a computer, so I want this to be as simple as possible. Can anyone help me with this please?

Also, I have all of the cells locked except for the ones they need to enter information into. Is there a view I can set the workbook to so that it only displays the one page and nothing else? I currently have it set to page layout view, but this still shows the other blank pages. I'd like just the one page to show up on the screen. I don't know if this is possible. Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much.

I'm just wondering whether this might be an application for Access (you can give them the [free!] run-time version of Access with no ribbon, no whizzy bits, just exactly the controls and button you want them to see). For help on how to get Office products to send e-mails in different ways, try the vba forums. None of the office products encourages e-mails to be sent on the quiet, because Microsoft are (quite rightly) worried about misuse.
