Send emails to certain records only. based on SessionID.....

I want to be able to click a button which is located on a webpage that will either trigger an .asp page to run or whatever it needs to do. To send emails out. The email addresses are located in a table called “EADDRESS”. When I hit the button, link, whatever, I want it to look or loop through the whole table and only send emails to people in the table with those persons CustID. Which I have in a session var. I can use either MS SQL or MS ACCESS what ever is easier. Any help or direction on this would be great. I can not use the tack manager either because I host my webpage on a web host.
