I am willing to bet that Windows 2003 doesn't have CDONTS. CDONTS was only included in 2000 for backwards compatibility with NT4, and we werte all supposed to take that as a hint and move on to CDOSYS 
Try hitting google for some information on CDOSYS, unluckily since I was busy the day I was supposed to go to the MS thing I didn't get my free copy of 2003 so I can't help any further,
