Hi,

got the following problem. After sending an email (Outlook2000/NT4/Win2000ExchangeServer)the mail moves to the Outbox and stays there. I called the user and he confirmed that he has recieved the email.
I tried the following to solve it:
1. I tried Send and recieve button, NO LUCK
2. I opened the email and tried to resend it, didnt worked as the "Send option was greyed out (the emails was sent!).
NO LUCK
3. I had a look into MS knowledge Base there is an article which describes exact this problem, but only if your an delegate. The user dont have any delegates rights, so NO LUCK

If any of you has a good tip, idea or just suggestion, let me know.

Cheers Asok

I have had the same problem. I know this is not the fix, but I have had to delete the email (the one stuck in the outbox), recreate and re-send the email, and it goes through just fine
