Send calls on r11

Hi
I am having problems with send calls on a 6424d+ handset
I can programme a key with this feature but when i press the button on the handset and status the station it says that send calls is not on.Does anyone know of any problems with r11

Did you create a coverage path for this set? SAC will not work if it does not have a coverage path. Just a thought.

Yes the station has a cover path and the send calls led stays on but when you status the station it shows as the send calls is not on

When the SAC LED is on and you call the station does the call get SAC'ed?

I don't know if the status report is wrong or the SAC is not working correctly.

You're definately looking at the SAC activated field and not the DND field, right?

with the send calls led on the phone still rings as normal
and i am looking at the sac field on the status screen and it still says no .The station in question is the one for the main number to come into,This is done on the incoming trunk screen on the trunk group.

If you display the station, does the SAC button have another station assigned to it?

Just a thought, does the SAC flag change if you use the
'feature access code' directly, rather then the button on the set?
