We just bought five 4620 telephones for the Big-Wigs to tryout. The problem so far is when you push the Send-Calls button on the phone it does not have any indication it is active or not. The bosses do not like this at all.

I guess my question would be is how do you tell the send-calls is activated? Any Help is greatly Appreciated.

Thanks
Will

They can actually dial the FAC for Send All Calls Activation: Deactivation:

The only indicator on the phone is that the button gets greyed out...

In the future everything will work...

We just got 4620's as well, and I noticed that the default "Contrast Control" is set so low that you can't tell when buttons are greyed out. On the phone, go to "Options" and then select "Contrast Control." Using your softkey buttons, hit the --> button until you see the grey section get darker. Then hit Save when it's at the desired level. At that point, you'll have a much easier time seeing when buttons are active.

I found the contrast button but i have not set it up too high yet. Mine were so low that you could not even read the labels.

Yea, the send-calls on the 4620's grey out when activated...
