All,
We have a MM3.1 with H.323 integration (S8300C). When the lead number is called we get "Welcome to Avaya messaging, please enter the mlbx you are calling, if you have a mlbx on the system press #". The front office would like it to pass the users ext on so they can call the lead number and get "Please enter your password, then press #".

I've gone through the CN88014 Ver AH (12/07) to check the qsig settings, adjusted a few to see if a change would occur, and still can't get it to send the calling ext.

Any suggestions on how to make this work would be appreciated.

Thanks,

If your trunk group is using unk numbering format then I would check your pub-unk isdn table to make sure your extensions connecting to that trunk are sending the proper calling party ID.

If your trunk is using unk-pvt numbering format then the same is true but in the private isdn table.

In either case it sounds like the calling party ID is not being sent when your internal stations are calling the internal MM number directly.
