Send as

I have a SBS2003 server, with an exchange problem. I have a user account and mailbox that is supposed to be used for a certain purpose (not a real user). when i try to choose the mailbox in the from box and send a mail, the system tells me that i cannot send as, i have applied the hotfix from microsoft. Its really bugging me because i have another lcient with the same server etc and they can send as no problem. help
