how do I set "send as" permissions in exchange/outlook?
"Send As" permissions are configured on the AD Object in Active Directory Users and Computers. You need to turn on the Advanced Features option in the view menu. Then the AD object will have a Security tab, which will have a list of objects and their respective permissions.
