Send all calls to DN's or CDN's in IDC table to busy 1

I have an issue that I cannot figure out. Our old technician that we had set up an IDC table within our PBX (still running 25.4 on this one) so that any DN/CDN's that we placed in there would route to a busy if you called them. somewhere, something changed and it is no longer working. calls just ring then go to the receptionist. where can i look to see if it is still set up correctly and what would you want to see from me?
 
Print out your IDC table and we can tell you more.

basically you have 2 columns, the incoming digits to the left, and where you are sending them to on the right. If you have lots of different entries on the left, and they call go to the same internal extension, then you need to look at that and figure out where it goes. The IDC table itself doesnt stop working, but you can trace it out and find out whats wrong.

Thank you John. Light bulb just went on. Long story short, the DN's or CDN's that were put into the IDC table were going to an analog extension 3001. well someone outed the analog phone and poof. i have issues. built the phone back and everything is working the way it should. I missed the obvious. thank you sir.
 
why in the world would anyone want that?
