I have an issue that I cannot figure out. Our old technician that we had set up an IDC table within our PBX (still running 25.4 on this one) so that any DN/CDN's that we placed in there would route to a busy if you called them. somewhere, something changed and it is no longer working. calls just ring then go to the receptionist. where can i look to see if it is still set up correctly and what would you want to see from me?
