Self- admin button 1

I am trying to program a self- admin button on an IPO 6.0.14. I go under menu programming and allow self administer and choose self-admin for the button with an action of 2 and label it. It never shows up on my phone, what am I doing wrong or am I missing a step. I have a 5.0 here in my office and I get it to work on it even though the programming in a bit difference....Any help will be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

6.0 does not use that button anymore.
Now you can set a level 1 or 2
Only the 54 or 5600 serie phones still need the admin button but still must have a level set.

It's a 5420, so what button do I program on it in order to change time and date. System not on a network nor have VMpro. Time is off since DST.

Thanks, I will try that. So what self-administer button under menu programming/ T3 Telephony do anything??
