I have a bunch of BO reports which i would like to become accesable from a userform.

Basically i would like the user to be able to select a report from a drop down list on a userform which correspondes to the contents of my F:\Business Objects\Business Objects\Documents folder.

This would probably be in the form of a combo or list box on a form which has a list of report titles which it can run.

I really don't know where to start, can anybody help.

Hello Funk.....

If you have a NT/2000/Novell network, why don't you simply create a new share for a specific group of users and add the share for each user in explorer.(I suspect F: is a network drive) No need to make up a form, just using explorer takes them to the map with reports. You can then handle security and access by NT/2000 tools. (No need to install anything ...........) T. Blom

Cheers T.Blom have created a share for all users but i want the function of selecting files to be incorporated into BO with some other functions to limit user time spent performing tasks.

Any other suggestions

Okay.

" some other functions to limit user time spent performing tasks. "

It's english , but I suspect there is a story to it?
