I'm looking for a cost effective solution to be able to add an email disclaimer onto the majority of our external mail. Currently running Exchange 5.5 sp3, have investigated the imsext.dll but this is all or nothing -apparently?

Anybody got any ideas??

many thanks

We recently used imsext.dll and found it to be very good. The disclaimer is only added to external email - not internal aswell, although this might be possible to change in the registry I havent looked.

I only want the disclaimer on external mail but not from every account, approx 6 accounts can not have the disclaimer addded to them, so the dll won't work will it as its all or nothing?

Not 100% sure, although looking at the literature on it will tell you. I guess 3rd party software would be the route if the DLL didn't support it.
