We have an Ayava system using 4620SW IP phones. An executive wants to know if there is a way to have a bridged appearance of one person's line, but only have it show when someone within a particular department is calling that line. He doesn't want to see ALL calls that come into that line - only the internal ones from a particular group of extensions. Is this possible? Maybe a bridged appearance can't accomplish what he's asking for. If not, is there something else that can be programmed that would give him what he wants?
