Selection frame

Hopefully this is the last question on this...
I have a selection frame, 2 buttons, Selection says default value is 1. However, when I open the form, the 2nd button is Highlighted. If I click the 2nd button, nothing happens (the form should change). If I click the first button, then the 2nd button, the form changes as it should.

Is there something else I need to set/modify?

Never Mind, I don't know what happened, but it just re-set & is coming up the way it's supposed to.
