In the AfterUpdate event procedure of the listbox set the textbox value to the appropriate column value.

Will this work for multiple values?

Example. If i need 2 products, select the first press your key\button, then select the second and press the key\button will it overide the first product?

Cheers

If you want to play with a MultiSelect listbox you may consider a button to process all the ItemsSelected collection in one loop.
