select tags in .net

i know there is nothing you can do to make a &quot;div&quot; tag cover a &quot;select&quot; tag. Currently I am using the workaround of hidding the select boxes that get in the way of the <div> tags i use in my rollover menus. I was wondering if there is anything in .net that solves this problem.

Does anyone know?
