Select specific records from a output Form and process further

I have created a Search form that displays the results of the Search to a results form. (This form is based upon a query). What I want to do is create a field on the Results Form that the user can check to select specific record(s). The Selected records will be processed further. What I cant do is get the properties correct for the additional field.

Must be an easy soultion but cant see it at the moment but that might be due to lack of Access programming knowledge.
