Everyone:

I have a Form "Customer Requirements" with subform "Customer Requirements Details."

Relative fields for this are [Customer] [Date] [MFR Part Number][Qty] [Target Price].

Is their a way to select record from "Customer Requirements" Form (and its Subform)OR from a Query and automatically populate a seperate Form entitled "Vendor Quotes"?

Thanks for any tips!!!! Scott

put a button on the first form that will open the second form

on the OnOpen event of the second form put

Me![Customer]=Forms.[Form1] .[Customer]
Me![Date] =Forms.[Form1].[Date]
Me![MFR Part Number]=Forms.[Form1].[MFR Part Number]
Me![Qty] =Forms.[Form1].[Qty]
Me![Target Price]=Forms.[Form1].[Target Price]
