i have a query that searches records by street address. the enter the parameter box sez: "Type the Address." however since new englanders being the most creative spellers in the world spell everything differently and condo numbers, etc are enterered in different styles. so i have tried to use (Or Like "*") and various other combonations.

Any ideas

Jesse,

What you want to use is - Like [Address]&"*"

That way if Cam is entered you'll get Camden, Cambridge, etc

Hey Jesse.

In your criteria enter something like this
under the address field:

Like "*" & [Type the Address] & "*"

Hope this helps you.
