select multiple directories

I am using Brightstore 11 on w2k. Often I will need to backup 1/2 of the sub directories under a directory.
ie: users with 4000 user directories
if I want to back up m thru z is there an easy way to select them
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Just save the job to disk and then reopen it when ever you want to run it.
