Your earlier LIKE info was perfect for me. This is a different question within the LIKE area.

The Like question is [Enter Last 2 FormulaID digits or Enter for ALL] ..... etc etc.

But what if i forget the Last 2 digits? So my new question is, can i have the grey screen which asks me for a response, some how refer to a table of choices??

For example: I have 5 items now and maybe 4 more later.

PackTypeID PackTypeName
13 BULK 1 LB
15 BULK 5 LB
30 JAR SMALL
34 JAR LARGE
50 PAIL

Can the LIKE question show me my available choices to type in the grey response screen that the Qry prompts me?

You should not be using parameter prompt if you want to provide a decent interface for your users. Use controls on forms for all criterias for opening reports and forms. This allows you to use text boxes, combo boxes, list boxes, check boxes, ...

Yes. I thought that would be the only answer. I will have to do so. I was trying to push the envelope.
