Security Wizard Question

I have used the Security Wizard to set-up Group and User accounts and it seems to work just fine as far as restricting users from places they don't have rights to. My problem is how to create meaningful error messages instead of the "Command not exectued" cryptic message that Access puts on the screen? Is it possible to do this?
