Technical User
Hi there.
This may a bit of a simple query.
When one of our users changes their password (Using Novell) at the
password expiry prompt they can get into their workstation fine. The
issue comes when they try to access outlook, they are prompted for
domain and password again.
This is generating a few calls to our helpdesk. Our Tech support have
stated it is to do with the tokens being changed when the user changes
their password, and the only way for the users to get this updated is
to log out and back in again to get a new token from AD.
Is there any way to make this seamless for the users, IE when they
change their password they don't need to log out the workstation again
to get into outlook.
We can put the domain and password in the outlook box, but again this
is causing calls to our helpdesk and as we have just implemented a new
Problem management process we are keen to identify a potential
solution, no matter how unviable it may seem.
Thanks in advance
