Security question with Frontpage?

I am reletivly new at this program. I am needing to know how to make a page on my site password protected. I have a page that I am only wanting certain people to be able to get into. I go up to the tools menu and the security flyout is grey and I cannot select it?? What do I need to do? Any help would be great.

My advice is to use some Java. There are lots of them out there and they are all fairly simple to implement - but not 100% secure. If you want something VERY secure then CGI would be better.
