Security Profiles

Anyone out there knowledgable on creating security profiles. We just upgraded to v8 and would like to create a security profile that would allow agents with that profile to record specific announcements. We can't get it to work correctly. We can limit them on SMS, but not on the teleset.

Any suggestions?

Security profiles ONLY act on SMS-accounts. Access to features of telesets is still controlled by user type and COS. No chance ;-( Hope they will work even on the handling of security profiles, I don't like to "trial and error" to grant somebody the rights to execute a specific task...
