Security Logon Setting set to "Not Defined"

Please Help,
I screwed up royally - I inadvertly set the "log on locally" to not defined - no users. How do I correct this Since I can't get logged back in.
Thanks for you assistance in advance.
 
If it is not defined, that means it is not in use. You can edit settings for GPO's of other machines. Use the MMC and when you add the snap-in, browse to the other machine...
