I'm going to loan a new PC with a camera to a customer to stream real time pictures of motor vehicles. His business already has a DSL connection through a router, though I don't know which yet.
Can I reassure him that by opening a port to let the data through, there is no security risk to his network?
The PC does not need to be connected to his PC's but could the open port in the router allow a hacker access to his network?
