Security group lookup

I am in the process of cleaning up security groups in my AD structure. We run both Windows 2000 and 2003 servers. I want to remove about 3 groups and replace them with 1 group. But I need to know where these security groups have been used for folder/file level permissions. Is there a tool that can list the server/folders these group have been set on?

We have over 90 servers and it would be a huge pain to lookup each 1 at a time. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Chris.
