Securing Windows 2000 Web Server

I just setup a web server. I am forwarding through port 80 on my router and want to make sure I have any potential holes covered. I went through the wizard on Windows 2000 Server to set up the site. What things do I need to be cautious of as far as holes. David A. Prichard
